Services Form

Please use the below form to order power and hard-wire internet for your booth at Organic Connections on November 6-7. Wi-Fi will be provided for all vendors.

    TO QUALIFY FOR BELOW PRICING ORDERS MUST BE RECEIVED 14 DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT DAY. ORDERS RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE - ADD 25%. A 25% cancellation fee will be processed for orders received and then cancelled. If service has already been provided, 100% of the original order will be applied.

    ELECTRICAL SERVICE


    Electrical outlet will be located at the back wall of the booth. EXTENSION CORDS ARE NOT PROVIDED. *NOTE: Power is 120/208 VOLT. There is an additional charge of $25/event for 24 hour electrical service. (ORDERS RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE - ADD 35%)

    WIRELESS HIGH-SPEED INTERNET


    Exhibitors are responsible for the setup and connectivity of their computer systems to the Wireless Network provided. Exhibitors will be given access to the Wireless Network no later than the event move-in day. To connect to the Wireless Network provided, exhibitor's computer systems must have a Wireless LAN Adapter that supports 802.11b/g/n. If exhibitors have difficulty connecting their system, Prairieland Park can assist with configuration, labour charges may apply.

    HARD WIRED HIGH SPEED INTERNET


    Exhibitors are responsible for the setup and connectivity of their computer systems to the Wired internet connection provided. If exhibitors have difficulty connecting their system with the line provided, Prairieland Park can assist with configuration, labour charges may apply.

    We reserve the right to adjust orders calculated inaccurately or received after the deadline.
