Sask Snow Outdoor Leisure Show is providing one standard 120volt, 15amp electrical outlet per vendor. If additional electrical is required for your booth please order this by filling out and submitting the following form.

Sask Snow Outdoor Leisure Show is providing open WiFi for all vendors. If you require a hardwired internet connection or phone line at your booth please order this by filling out and submitting the following form.

    TO QUALIFY FOR BELOW PRICING ORDERS MUST BE RECEIVED 14 DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT DAY. ORDERS RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE - ADD 25%. A 25% cancellation fee will be processed for orders received and then cancelled. If service has already been provided, 100% of the original order will be applied.

    ELECTRICAL SERVICE


    Electrical outlet will be located at the back wall of the booth. EXTENSION CORDS ARE NOT PROVIDED. *NOTE: Power is 120/208 VOLT. There is an additional charge of $25/event for 24 hour electrical service. (ORDERS RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE - ADD 35%)

    WIRELESS HIGH-SPEED INTERNET


    Exhibitors are responsible for the setup and connectivity of their computer systems to the Wireless High-Speed Internet connection provided. Exhibitors will be given a password to access the Wireless High-Speed Internet during the event move-in day. To connect to the Wireless High-Speed Internet services, exhibitors' computer systems must have a Wireless LAN Adapter that supports 802.11b/g/n. If exhibitor's computer system does not support the Wireless Internet you may rent a Wireless LAN Adapter at an additional charge of $50 per computer. Wireless routers are prohibited. If exhibitors have difficulty connecting their system to the High-Speed Internet, Prairieland Park will assist with configuration, labour charges may apply.
